






































The project will install the main transformer under the developer's name. The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) will then install individual electricity meters for each villa.
Electricity usage for each villa will be charged based on the official Provincial Electricity Authority rate, with no additional markup from the developer. Electricity meters will be installed once: Villa construction is completed and official house number is issued
The project has prepared infrastructure for connection to the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA). Each villa will have its own individual water meter. Water usage will be charged based on government rate. Water meters will be installed once construction is completed and house number is issued.
Currently, there is no mandatory common area fee. Each villa owner is responsible for their own property. Optional maintenance services are available such as: Pool, maintenance, cleaning service, Garden maintenance, Property managemen
30-year leasehold is included in the selling price. No yearly land lease fee is required.
Lease can be renewed for another 30 years subject to agreement between parties.
Project lawyer will provide further legal explanation.
Land title is Chanote. Each villa has subdivided individual Chanote title deed.
Access road will be registered as servitude for all villas. Road is currently private land and not public road.
All villas are sold fully furnished. Furniture list will be provided to buyers.
